All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

CANCELLATION

  • Fees paid are non-refundable. However, participation by a substitute will be allowed until 31st August 2022. Thereafter 50% additional charge will be levied for change of name.
  • Registrations done online on NationsAsBrands.org or Razorpay cannot be cancelled via an offline mode.
  • Partial cancellation of a booking is not allowed.
  • On any registration, the customer will receive a registration confirmation via sms/e-mail. Please note that the registration confirmation is NOT the ticket and the customer would be able to enter the event arena only with physical entry pass/Delegate Badge. The entry pass/Delegate Badge will be given at the venue

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI and Wallet payments.

PRICING, AVAILABILITY AND REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

IAA / the event organisers have no control on availability of seats After the payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation page or email with a Unique Identification Code (UIC) that must be shown at the event venue to redeem your Entry Pass/Delegate Badge.

If you do not receive a confirmation number after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, please get in touch with our executives to confirm whether the registration has been done or not. We don’t want you to lose money in case you assume that registration has not been done because you failed to receive confirmation.

Registration

Registration once done cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, participation by a substitute will be allowed until 31st August 2022. Thereafter 50% additional charge will be levied for change of name.

Please make sure you check the time and location before registering. But we’d still advise you to read the terms and conditions for each event regarding refund and cancellation. If an event is cancelled or postponed and the organisers of the event agree on issuing a refund for the registration, it is up to the organisers to contact you and process the refund.

ADMISSION

Entry Pass/ Delegate Badge

Email confirmation: Your registration confirmation will be sent via an email. This confirmation needs to be printed and shown at the registration counter at the venue to get a physical Entry Pass/Delegate Badge.

SMS confirmation: Your registration confirmation will be sent via an SMS. The SMS details need to be shown at the registration counter at the venue to get an Entry Pass/Delegate Badge.
